There is a guaranteed minimum requirement of 30 guests Sunday through Friday, and 40 guests on Saturday. We reserve the right to substitute an alternate room should events that day warrant a change. Room assignments are not guaranteed & may change unless guaranteed in a written agreement. All events are reserved for up to a 3-hour time frame, unless otherwise agreed upon. This does not include time used for decorating. Extended hours may be arranged beyond the 3 hours at $50 per 30 minutes, schedule permitting. Deposit required to hold date and time of event. Total balance is due day of the event. All costs subject to current NYS sales tax and 20% administrative charge. Payment in form of check or cash preferred.
